We're building a reliable network of freelancers to call on and help us support authors through thoughtful, ethical self-publishing.

We’re keen to hear from freelancers in the following specialisms:

• Proofreading/editing*
• Cover design
• Typesetting

*For editorial roles, fluency in English to native or near-native standard is essential.

We care about quality, clarity and doing things properly — and our freelancers will share those values. You should be reliable, methodical, conscientious, flexible, and comfortable working independently and to deadlines. Experience with non-fiction book publishing is a plus.

Work is offered on a freelance, project-by-project basis, and we always aim to pay fairly. We prioritise clear communication and respectful collaboration.
